Language Arts

All students are immersed in Language Arts Literacy and the school is proud to announce a new generation of literacy. Reading Street in grades K—5, My Perspectives, grades 9 –12 are products of the Pearson Curriculum designed to master NJSLS. This literacy program uses performance assessments and integrates media and 21st century skills. In addition, this approach is coupled with Reader’s and Writer’s Workshop. The writing process includes brainstorming, organizing, drafting, revising, editing and publishing, which develop the skills of effective writing.

Mathematics

The vision of Math implementation is to challenge students to use mathematics in meaningful ways that develop through reasoning and problem solving skills. The researched based enVision MATH program is used as the base. With the adoption of Realize, a digital platform of delivery, students are instructed through Mathematical Practice, Animations, and formative assessments via computer based technology.

Science

While this project raises awareness of science and math in our lives, it allows individuals and groups greater participation.
